Hppy Hips
Happy Hips follows the pace and style of a slow flow class. We spend the entire class loving on the hips through a combination of active movement & slow holds. Your hips will thank you.

Balance + Burn
Balance + Burn is an exciting way to burn out the core & workshop one arm balance or inversion. Get ready to have fun learning new skills!

Core Power
Core Power will bring the heat. We will fire up our core through yoga-based core movements that are integrated into a power flow-based practice.

Movement + Meditation
Movement & Meditation is the perfect way to start your day. In this early morning class, we ground into our body with a 5-minute meditation & spend 20 minutes awakening the body with gentle movement.

Slow Flow
Slow Flow is the perfect blend between the heat of power and the hold of yin, slow flow will move you through a gentle but invigorating practice. We will explore stability and strength while also making space to soften and still.

Power Flow
Power Flow is a strength-based practice that moves through postures in a fluid and empowering way. We lean into the stability and explore what is possible when we show up as a yes. This is accessible for all levels and modifications are always available.

Yin Yoga - 60 min
Yin Yoga is designed to create space within the body holding asanas (yoga postures) for longer periods of time allowing the body to relax, surrender and open. This class consists of passive floor postures held for 1-6 minutes. Holding these postures for longer periods of time gives the muscles time to relax so that the connective tissues can begin to open.
